Daniel Hakhamzadeh is an associate attorney at B&D Law Group, where he focuses on representing individuals in a variety of litigation areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, premises liability, and dog bites.
In 2013, Daniel graduated from University of California, Irvine, majoring in Psychology. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2017. While at Loyola, Daniel made it a priority to gain hands-on experience by participating in substantive activities both inside and out of the classroom. Daniel’s most rewarding work experience during law school was his clerkship serving the Attorney General’s Office, Financial Fraud and Special Prosecutions Unit. During his time there he assisted in investigating and prosecuting complex criminal cases, primarily related to financial, securities, mortgage, and environmental fraud.
On his spare time, Daniel participated in the Shriver Landlord Tenant Clinic and volunteered pro bono at Public Counsel, where he helped low-income clients on their eviction matters beginning with the filing of an unlawful detainer complaint through trial proceedings.
Prior to joining B&D Law Group, Daniel gained valuable litigation experience working at various law firms where he helped represent consumers in various personal injury and employment matters. He is committed to being a fierce advocate and practical problem solver.
Away from the office, Daniel enjoys the outdoors, watching movies and television, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
